  • All of our assistants have passed state and federal background checks, and pre-employment reference checks. Concierge Solutions is insured and bonded.

• TRANSPARENCY

  • We provide our clients with a detailed time accountability report and receipts for all expenses to be reimbursed.

• SECURITY

  • You never exchange money with your assistant or give them your credit card. We make purchases on your behalf with our credit card. You will receive the original receipt and Concierge Solutions will be reimbursed via your card securely on file with Stripe, our payment gateway.

• EFFORTLESS SCHEDULING

  • Clients can either choose recurring appointment slots or schedule as you go directly with your assistant, your choice! You will receive a confirmation email with a link to have the appointment sync with your calendar.
